- How to use the Tincture: Take 1-2 droppers (1-2ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. You can take it directly or mix it with any beverage you like. Shake well before use to make sure the polysaccharides don´t stay on the bottom of the bottle.

– 1:5 Tinctures: For every 5ml of solvent, we use 1g of dried mushrooms. This process ensures you get the maximum potency and benefits these mushrooms have to offer.
